Zen Notes Offline is built upon the premise of zero-cloud sovereignty. Your notes, markdown documents, checklists, and biometric locks are processed exclusively on your local Android device.

Zero Advertising SDKs
Zen Notes Offline does NOT integrate Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, or any other commercial advertising SDK. No Advertising ID (AAID) is accessed or shared.

3. Declared Android System Permissions
android.permission.USE_BIOMETRICOptionalEnables fingerprint or face unlock for protected notes. Handled entirely by the Android OS BiometricPrompt; biometric credentials never touch app memory.
4. Data Security & Retention
- Notes are stored within the isolated app directory (sandbox) encrypted via Android Keystore system where hardware permits.
- The app does not hold the android.permission.INTERNET permission; it is incapable of transmitting data over the web.
Retention Period: Zero server retention. Your data exists solely on your physical device.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)
Zen Notes Offline collects no data from children or adults alike.
6. User Rights & Opt-Out Options
